Responsibilities:
- Assist with ServiceNow Integration of FireMon & SD Elements ( SaaS Platform)
- Assist with drafting current state documentation
- Assist with drafting future state documentation
- Assist with creating business process work flows for integration
- Assist with QA of integration
- Assist Costco team as ServiceNow SME as needed
- Assist with training Costco team on ServiceNow as needed
Skill Set:
- ServiceNow Integration experience
- FireMon – Ideal but not required
- SD Elements ( SaaS Platform) – Ideal but not required
- Documentation and process creation
- QA of ServiceNow Integration work
