Description

The Network Support Specialist will work with external clients to install network sensors, troubleshoot issues, advise end users on the appropriate resolution and perform a variety of network support tasks. 

Experience

  • Exceptional support experience with external clients
  • Support experience with general networking, TCP/IP, and routers
  • Understanding of Transport Layer Security
  • Experience supporting VMWare highly preferred
  • Proven experience working in a team environment
  • Any experience in the field of cybersecurity a plus
