The Digital Marketing Specialist (Web) will assist with  web strategy through SEO and CRO. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and implementing web-based marketing strategies, campaigns, and content related to the website. This includes assisting with website updates, managing the SEO program, and developing strategies to improve overall web traffic and conversion rate. You will be responsible for testing and optimizing web pages and landing pages to drive conversion, traffic, engagement, etc. in addition to optimizing for search engines.


  • Work collaboratively with product, creative, and demand generation teams to manage website and landing page performance, making consistent changes to improve KPIs – including but not limited to copy changes, creative modifications, and layout modifications
  • Analyze and report on performance across website and landing pages
  • Manage the SEO program and optimize pages on an ongoing basis – develop and maintain a target keyword list, research and implement SEO recommendations on the website
  • Research and analyze the competitive web landscape
  • Work with the paid advertising team to align SEO and paid advertising programs/strategies; optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rate
  • Work with development teams to ensure that SEO best practices are properly implemented on all properties – recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Work with the content team to align SEO and CRO program with content strategy and creation
  • Embrace a continuous cycle of iterative testing: design roadmaps, run multivariate tests, analyze performance and results, generate commiserate insights, and calculate business impact
  • Develop a prioritization, tracking, and reporting system for testing to prove out new ideas
  • Map and understand the buyer’s web journey in order to inform optimizations and decisions, as well as grow our understanding of the buyer
  • Remain up to date with best practices in SEO and inbound marketing


  • 2+ years of SEO, CRO or other relevant experience
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with SEO tools, such as Search Console, Moz, SpyFu, SEMRush
  • Experience with WordPress, Instapage
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint
