The Network System Specialist will be responsible for sensor installation, sensor management, Salesforce case management, and GitHub management. Reports to the Director of Operations and Operations Manager.
- The primary focus will initially be to shadow installations until fully capable and all IT questions and support calls.
- Immediately immersed in Tier 1 Support + working down sensors to increase client perspective of ROI.
- A full assessment of all accounts, sensor count & IPs, SLA, and SIEM.
- When ready, all installs will be divided between System Specialists Team and incentives to contact and roost sensors ahead of schedule will be provided.
- Keeping sensors online and in a healthy state.
- Exceptional support experience with external clients.
- Support experience with general networking, TCP/IP, and routers.
- Experience supported VMWare highly preferred.
- Proven experience working in a team environment.
- Any experience in the field of cybersecurity a plus.
