This role will focus on developing relationships with prospects in state and local governments as well as education (SLED). You’ll have the full support of a tenured team of recruiters in Tampa, experienced in nationwide sourcing.
- 4+ years of IT staffing experience.
- A broad technical understanding, preferably with cyber security, to better understand client needs.
- Since this is a remote role, we will require a mature individual who is self-motivated and has the ability to work with limited supervision.
- After hours networking is expected to drive new business.
- Develop creative marketing and sales strategies, expand current business, and identify new opportunities within the IT staffing and services marketplace.
- Sell IT staff augmentation, project, consultant and recruiting services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities.
- Ability to qualify technical requirements with IT hiring managers and provide solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Experience with ATS systems.
